Rachel Coupaud

With a background in law and sustainable development, Rachel joined the Haiti Recovery Initiative (HRI) after the 2010 earthquake and created and promoted partnerships and alliances across public and private sectors.

She later became a liaison officer to the Interim Commission for the Reconstruction of Haiti (IHRC), working on legal reform of NGOs in Haiti. She has served on numerous corporate boards and is a member of the board of directors of the Foundation Young Women Christian Association - Haiti (YWCA-Haiti), an organization dedicated to empowering women.
